Description: LZ555 Hot melt Butyl Sealant is a one-part, solvent-free, fog-free, unsulfurized, permanent plastic first sealant based on polyisobutylene for insulating glass. It keeps plastic and sealing over a wide temperature range and not crack and harden for sealant surface. It has good adhesion to glass, aluminum alloy, zinc plating steel, stainless steel and etc. It could form an excellent humid proof system with elastic sealant.
Application:
LZ555 Hot melt Butyl Sealant is mainly used for insulating glass together with two-part polysulfide or two-part silicone structural sealant, or two-part silicone non-structural sealant for insulating glass to finish two layer seal.
